Used to send a transmission DOWN shift event to the following transmission functions:
•BMW DCT transmission control in DCT shifter emulation mode.
•VAG DSG control in paddle emulation mode.
•Sequential transmission control.

Used to send a DOWN shift signal to the DCT transmission in DCT shifter emulation mode.
Note: TCUs own logic can prevent a downshift if it calculates an over rev, so this request could be TCU denied.
