Nitrous

Overall system enable

Enable for all stages. Normally a switch is used to enable the system.

Note: All conditions for each stage and every enabled safety functions has to be met before the outputs are turned on.

Enabled (always active)

Enabled by digital switch (Nitrous enable switch)

Max RPM

All stages are disabled at this RPM.

Nitrous fueling

fuel constant mode

NFR = Nitrous Fuel Ratio.

Default, 5.6NFR, gasoline equivalent - Intentionally rich to start with.

user set NFR, gasoline equivalent - The ECU corrects the value for the specifies fuel type.

user set NFR, no fuel type correction - The ECU do not do any correction based on the fuel type, if you are using Methanol you need to enter lower values compared to running with gasoline as an example.

Note: Gasoline-equivalent means that the values are entered as if the fuel were gasoline, and the ECU corrects the value for the selected fuel type. So the same NFR-values can be used for all fuel types.

fuel correction <-- (only visible when the above fuel constant mode = default)

Fueling for dry stages is calculated from the theoretical fuel requirement for the entered nitrous jet sizes. With this correction value, you can adjust the fuel amount added to run richer och leaner.

Nitrous-fuel-ratio <-- (only visible when the above fuel constant mode = USER SET NFR)

The NFR (Nitrous Fuel Ratio) to be used for the Nitrous fueling calculation.

fuel off delay

Amount of time the extra fuel is injected after the solenoid(s) are closed. 0.2 sec is a good starting point for mild systems.

Note: Makes sure fuel is injected long enough for the nitrous in lines and the manifold to dissipate.

Nitrous ignition

retard off delay

Amount of time the ignition retard is applied after the solenoids are closed. 0.2 sec is a good starting point for mild systems.

Note: Makes sure ignition is retarded long enough for the nitrous in lines and the manifold to dissipate.
