This warning is triggered when a tune from another ECU generation (or bigger ECU in the same generation) has been uploaded with enabled inputs that are not available on the connected ECU.
Example (to to trigger this warning) <-- Do NOT do this...
1. DIN1 on a GEN1 RACE tune have anti-lag enabled.
2. You write this tune to the ECU, which does not have the DIN inputs available on the GEN2 hardware (DIN inputs are replaced with Pulse inputs on GEN2).
3. You will be prompted and warned about this issue, and an option to disable the input directly (Added in MTune 1.160.2).
Solution
A. Directly disable input.
