Used when there are even teeth on crank + camsync signal(s)
For example Toyota 2JZ (without VVTi) uses this system.

Note: Home signal is required to come between two crank trigger pulses, check RealTime Data values and "Home position" where 50% is right in between the crank pulses. 10-90% is ok (20-80% is ideal), if the HOME position is outside the 10-90% range, one way to modify it is to change the polarity (rising/falling) of the HOME input.
